Third entry, refocus and begin to really discover your why...Your goal.

Hope this finds you having had a great week.  Looking at all the blessings we have...breathing, reading and reasoning, ability to believe, the fact that we are a part of something larger than ourselves, we are not alone...we are not isolated.

How do you feel this week?  Learning anything new about how your body works?  How about your mind?  Well, we are at the third entry and you now know what to expect with each entry. Expect words of encouragement with the goal to unleash your God given gifts and abilities using the physical body as the platform.  The manifestations in the physical are in direct relation to mental and spiritual realities.  As you hear this encouragement and the truth about you having these gifts and abilities you will naturally start to build confidence if you are really listening.  Confidence builds because you participate.  And if you have been listening for these last 3 entries then you have begun a process that has been done more than once. Anything we do over and over becomes part of who we are for the time that we are doing it.  Now, after reading this week and letting it sink, we have been talking for 3 weeks.  The last 2 week we talked about focusing on the first step and not getting overwhelmed by the entirety of the process. Also, what it is that is making you interested, your Why.


As we move into the meat of week 3 it is an even better time to refocus and understand what your why or goal is and what is blocking you. Something is always trying to block you its just whether or not you are letting it.  So, week 3, with confidence up, recommit and allow yourself to receive what you have been given.  Understand that you are worth it and capable. So , with that knowledge and, now, with the action to go with it you have power.  I challenge you to raise the bar on your goal.  If you made one raise the level of it. You CAN do it!  If you didn't make one then I challenge you to make a goal and discover your why.  And if you fall short look how far you have already come.  You are at a place that is further than before because you are willing to look at having a goal and discovering your why.  That means you are starting to think and believe that maybe this is true, You do have the capabilities to actually have the gift that you've been given.  That it is actually for you.  That you actually are worth it.  


You will do more this week so challenge yourself to participate in the Take Home.  It is for you.  Again, just start and see where it takes you.

1) Squat Holds (squat down and hold for a 5 count then come up and repeat) 250
                                                                    
2) DDog right leg lift 75, left leg lift 75
                                               
3) Side plank raises (hips to the floor then lift to side plank) R 75 / L 75
                     OR                 
4) Banana crunches 75
                                                                        

5) Push ups 1 minute/day
