Wow...Time flies. This weekend flew by. Posting this turned from Saturday to almost Tuesday morning. The coolest part about sending these thoughts out is that they are never too late. If we trust our creator then the fact that we are even doing it is enough. Showing up at all is enough. He has started many things in us and if we Trust Him then we will follow through.
This thought leads me to what I want to talk about...Momentum. Now, we've talked about the process and understanding that the results in anything come from the process they originate from. So, when applying the thought of showing up we have to look at Momentum. If we show up once that is an action, but if we show up twice then a process has been created. We show up to things that we are looking for results from. What does showing up mean. It means to begin the process of consistently walking into something that we don't necessarily understand, but have a gut feeling that it is for a good reason...believe there are results to follow.
As we continue showing up something automatically happens. The result of walking into a process consistently is momentum. The more we show up the stronger the momentum becomes. So, the ultimate challenge is create consistency around a discipline/process and use it as momentum moving into the rest of our lives.
If we look at our physical body and understand that it is our own responsibility to take care of it, not the weighty, heavy responsibility but the empowering, encouraging, confidence building responsibility, then we are able to take the gift that we have been given and possess it and create momentum that is hard to stop. There is a great saying that can be used to describe this, 'for things to change, we have to change, for things to be better we have to be better'. The best part is that if we are at this location of the journey then our strength has already been displayed by showing our response to the progression of the process. YOU are showing up. And when we show up we make progress. We've talked about this before, but I want to mention it again... Take care of the little things (showing up, which is the discipline) and the big things will take care themselves (weight loss, stability, strength, feel better...etc.).

As we move into the rest of this week the
challenge is to remain Consistent in the process and allow for Momentum to form around the processes that are life building.
This will keep you moving forward and not stagnating. Be
encouraged by what YOU have accomplished and what YOU CAN accomplish!
